  • About The Role

  • After the success of our previous programmes we are returning the Campus Ambassador development programme specifically to help students who have a passion for Freshfields enhance their personal and professional growth whilst putting them in the best position to apply for a role at Freshfields during or after the programme. 


    Freshfields and On-Campus Promotions’ partnership aims to up-skill and aid individual growth whilst the Campus Ambassador represents Freshfields out on their university campus. 

    What does being a Campus Ambassador mean?

    Your role as a Freshfields Campus Ambassador would mean you are in charge of promoting the brand and their opportunities to students at your university. 

     

    Activities will include but are not limited to:

    ★ Social media promotion 
    ★ Face-to-face branded stalls  
    ★Lecture shout-outs 
    ★Building relationships with societies and faculty members 
    and much much more!
     
     

    What do you get in return?

    We are hiring 20 Campus Ambassadors this year. We will consider applications from the below 20 universities and hires will be dependent on where we get the highest calibre of application.

    Ambassador role, it does NOT guarantee you a place on any Freshfields scheme. However this programme aims to put you in the best possible position in which to succeed.**

  • Are you an ambitious, social and motivated student? Got fab connections on campus? Let’s develop those skills and start working together.

    Ideally we’re looking for:

     
    If you are an ambitious, passionate and proactive student looking to make a difference at your university whilst also… 
    ★ Open to all years of study
    ★ Studying any degree
    ★ Having a keen interest in commercial law
    ★ Have strong Law and Tech Society connections and have other strong society memberships 

    If you have in-depth campus knowledge and are confident on social media then we would love to work with you!

    How should I apply?

    • Step one: Register with On-Campus Promotions

    • Step two: Complete a content creation task specific to Freshfields

    • Step three: Complete a video task specific to Freshfields

    • Step four: Complete the Freshfields Law Online assessment 

    • Step five: Attend a 10 minute virtual interview with On-Campus Promotions

    • You must be available to attend an in-person training session at the Freshfields London office on Wednesday 3rd September 2025 should you be successful in your application

    • Please note, the deadline for Freshfields Campus Ambassador applications is Friday 18th  July 2025

     

    Showcase what you know about Freshfields and remember to tell us ALL the great things you’ve done that will help you be an amazing Campus Ambassador. Think about societies you’ve been on and relevant work experience you’ve had, we want to hear it all. Including your ideas on how you think Freshfields can go even BIGGER on campus.
