  • About The Role


  • We’re looking for confident, social, and motivated students to help spread the word about BMW Group and its opportunities across campus. This is a flexible, part-time role that fits around your studies and societies while giving you access to exclusive networking opportunities and valuable experience.
     
    What you’ll get up to:
    Organise your own promotional events and campaigns
    Create engaging, on-brand marketing content
    Share insights on student trends and competitor activity
    Promote BMW Group on your social media and run competitions
    Share ideas on how BMW Group can stand out on your campus

  • About The Candidate

  • You must be a 2nd, penultimate, or final year student as of September 2025
    Studying a degree in Logistics, Engineering, STEM, or a related discipline
    Available to commit 1-2 hours per week from September to December, with a mix of on-campus and remote work
    Genuinely passionate about supporting peers in exploring future career opportunities in the automotive industry
    Must be available to attend an in-person training session on Thursday 11th September 2025
     
    Actively involved in university life, ideally through societies, clubs, or student initiatives
    Self-motivated and confident working independently across both campus-based and digital channels
    Comfortable creating engaging content for social media, including short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels or TikToks)
    A strong awareness of the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion - particularly in reaching and inspiring students from underrepresented or disadvantaged backgrounds
    Creative and proactive, always looking for new and innovative ways to engage fellow students
