    At Higherin Academy, we have cultivated a great reputation, and successfully partner with the best graduate employers every year. We would love to bring you on-board one of our Brand Ambassador campaigns. 


    We work with the likes of Linklaters, Latham & Watkins, CMS, Deloitte, GSK and more! 


    What does being a Brand Ambassador mean?


    As a Brand Ambassador, you are responsible for representing the employer on campus, promoting the brand and opportunities to students at your university.


    Multi-Employer Brand Ambassador (MEBA)


    As a MEBA, you will have the opportunity to represent a number of different brands over the year on shorter campaigns between 4-10 weeks. Your activities will include:


    ★ Choosing which campaigns you would like to work on

    ★ Specific training for every brand that you represent

    ★ Digital promotion of their opportunities, events and competitions

    ★ Supporting at employer pop-up events on campus

    ★ Organisation of face to face/virtual engagement at stalls or online workshops

    ★ Building relationships with society and faculty members

    ★ Submitting timesheets of activities you complete

    What are we looking for?


    Responsibility - brands put a lot of trust into their ambassadors, as they are often their sole student face on campus. As such, you will be trusted to represent your brand (and us) in the best possible light at all times. 


    Enthusiasm - the main goal of the Brand Ambassador role is to get your peers excited about graduate opportunities. The only way to achieve this is with loads of energy and passion for helping your peers.


    Innovation - we understand that the most effective methods of promotion are different from campus to campus. Alongside this, the social media landscape is changing every day, so we love to hear inventive new ways that we can help our clients engage with the students on your campus.


    Involvement - we look for students who get stuck into everything that University has to offer - such as society members, course representatives, or committee members. Any kind of activities that expand your personal and online networks, we’d love to hear about them.


    Online presence - you don’t need to be an influencer, but a presence and savviness across key social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp is important. Any demonstrable skills in using these tools is an added bonus.
